Lost & Found Register: , They run a lost & found register for missing cats in their area, contact as below.
Feral & Farm Cats: The branch is also very experienced in trapping, neutering and returning feral or farm cats, and have all the necessary humane equipment and work with experienced vets. This work is invaluable to stop interbreeding, cuts off a supply of kittens that get handed out to people who probably won't neuter them, and gives the poor adult cats a chance of a healthier, happier life. Did you know that a neutered cat makes a much better mouser? (sorry mice!). (N.B. the branch can only help within a radius of 15 miles from their base as it can be too stressful to transport the cats too far).
Rodent Patrol: The branch always has some feral cats waiting to be relocated that couldn't for various reasons be returned to site and don't want to be domestic cats. So if you need someone to keep the mice and rats down or just want some outdoor cats they have equipment to relocate them to you. You would need to feed the cats in their temporary home for a couple of weeks then release them and continue to feed to encourage them to stay. A starving cat will only catch food to eat, a fed cat enjoys the sport so catches more rodents (sorry again, mice and rats!)

Short-Term Foster Homes Needed: Temporary, short-term foster homes are needed to care for bereaved cats whilst a Lifelong Home is being found, and also for when people need a hospital stay and require temporary foster care for their cat. Please contact us if you could help.
Lifelong Foster Homes Needed: Lifelong Foster Homes are required for cats left in the care of The Trust. Future Veterinary fees will be paid by The Cinnamon Trust. Please contact as below if you could offer a home for life to a bereaved cat.
Please Note: The Trust is not a rescue centre taking cats in for homing, but when an elderly owner dies, and their animal companion is left in their care, the Trust will do their best to find a loving, life-long foster home for them.

Pedigree Cats also find themselves in rescue centres, for the same reasons as many 'moggies' - a change in the owner's living arrangements, the family is emigrating, relationship breakdowns and divorce, a family member develops an allergy, the owner has died or gone into a care home, and many more reasons. There are many excellent breed-specific rescues across the country - if you are looking for a Pedigree Cat - click the link below for Pedigree Rescues...
