DE POEZENBOOT FOUNDATION: De Poezenboot is a house-boat
inhabited by cats, moored by the Singel canal in Amsterdam. The
foundation takes care of around 70 abandoned and neglected cats,
and finances cat neutering projects in Amsterdam, in order to
reduce the number of newborn stray-cats. If you visit Amsterdam,
you can also visit the Poezenboot cats, as the boat is open to
the public. When you visit, you can take a present for the cats,
cat food, treats, or a toy, or a donation - all are appreciated.
Also, they sell a small range of merchandise including postcards
