Found bland and white cat rothley Leicestershire

Hello we have had a lovely black white cat coming to our house and now sleeping in our garden for the last month. We have taken this cat to the vets however it hasn't got a chip but has been neuted so must belong to someone. He is all black which white paws and a smudge of white on his face across his month.
We really would like to find his owners as we can't offer him a home as we already have a cat.
Any advice of what to do next would be fab to many thanks
