Found approximity 4 month old ginger and white tom. West mid

Found in Bilston/Tipton West Midlands. White with ginger splashes. So so friendly. Un neutured not micro chipped. Vet seems to think approx 4 months. Need to find his owner as unfortunately I cannot keep.
