Open from 6am to 12 midnight, the helpline puts you straight in touch
with a qualified vet. You can obtain immediate advice about your pets
health, without necessarily having to visit the vets surgery. This
can be particularly useful if your pet is stressed by travel, or if
you need advice outside your own vets opening hours. PLEASE NOTE calls
are charged at £1.50 per minute, but no additional fees are payable.
Depending on the problem, you may still be advised to take your pet
to a surgery. Tel: 0906 466 4661. Please obtain the permission of whoever
pays the phone bill!
HOLISTIC VETERINARY HELPLINE
Holistic vets will seek to treat the cause of the problem, rather than
just the symptoms, often advising treatment with natural remedies.
All vets on this helpline are registered with the Royal College of
Veterinary Surgeons. PLEASE NOTE: Calls are charged at £1.50
per minute to cover all expenses. Lines open Mondays 7.30pm - 10pm,
