Does your Rescue Shelter have a Difficult Cat? A Cat with Behavioural issues, who would benefit from One-to-One help? Don't Worry - Help is at Hand!
Sam Davis spent many years working in Cat Rescue, and now runs the luxury Gyrn Cottage Boarding Cattery in Shropshire. She is an Animal Aromatics Practitioner and Reiki Healer. Within her cattery, Sam has set up a dedicated Cat Rehabilitation Pen specifically to help cats with behavioural, and some medical, issues.
Sam has had great success with allergies, chronic cystitis, overgrooming, digestive issues, nervous/aggressive cats, and other behavioural problems.
The Rehab Pen is available to any cat, from any rescue, provided the cat is fully vaccinated and poses no risk to the other boarders. |
If Your Rescue Shelter has a cat who might benefit from some experienced one-to-one assistance to bring out their inner Fab Feline, drop Sam a line... see details below.
Please mention your saw this notice on Cat Chat!

Ex-Rehab Pen Cat
Pumpkin from Paws Inn, Cheshire - now homed!
|
Useful Information:
1: The pen is sponsored by James Wellbeloved, and Sam covers the costs of any aromatics etc that may be needed, so the referring rescue does not have to pay any boarding fees. If however, the cat needs any veterinary treatment during their stay, then that is the responsibility of the rescue.
2. Cats may be referred from anywhere in the country, but the rescue would have to arrange transport.
3. The referring rescue still has responsibility over the cat and it's homing, however if the cat is from some distance away it may be possible, through Sam's local Cats Protection contacts, to help home the cat locally, including carrying out the home check etc.
In this case, any rescue would have Sam's assurance that the best possible home would be found, and the cat would only be placed subject to the rescue's approval.
4. The Rehab Pen is within the main cattery and not in the 'isolation unit' area, therefore for a cat to be accepted into the Rehab Pen they must be fully vaccinated and pose no risk to the other borders. |
