Rehoming Cats & Kittens: Northumberland, Tyne and Wear & Co. Durham
Rosie & Polly
This gorgeous pair came in together in terrible condition and were very ill with flu. Even the most loving of cats can be grouchy when ill, but these two have been nothing but sweet. They have now recovered and just want to be loved.

They adore each other and sleep together all the time, so we cannot split them up. Rosie is 16 years old. She is blind in one eye, but not hindered by this at all. Polly is 6 years old and very playful.

Once a cat has had flu, they will carry it, so they can't live with other cats. The flu can sometimes come back when a cat gets stressed but it is not the awful illness that people often think that it is.  They may get watery eyes or a bit of a runny nose but it quickly passes and usually does not require them to see a vet.  Re-homing this gorgeous pair would give you endless pleasure and you would be giving an elderly cat a loving retirement home with her younger friend.
