Chelsea is a very special cat, she has her own passport as she came from France.  We are not sure if she was born there or taken across when her owners went over then came back, however she does understand French. If you say Bonjour to her she meows back.   She has been used to an older person who now has very bad ill health and has surrendered her to us, to know she will be safe when the inevitable happens.  She is better to be the only cat in the household and no young children as she has not been used to them.  She is a delightful cat, chipped , vaccinated and neutered.  She has been so well looked after so we are looking for that special home for her, where she will continue to be spoiled.   It is so sad when an owner becomes unwell, as the cat doesn't know why they are not wanted anymore.
