Einstein came to us with the usual excuse, the owner is having a baby.  Why can't people think ahead before they get a cat, surely they know if they want children or not?  The cat is too easily a disposable commodity.  They don't know why they have been rejected.   He gets on well with other cats but can be a little bossy.  He loves his food.  He now needs a home that he can call his own and not be disposed of again!   A beautiful looking 'tuxedo cat', has brains as well as looks!
