Hi It's Perry here! I am 4 years old,very handsome and on the look out for my new forever home!

I arrived at the National Animal Welfare Trust Clacton Centre as a stray so unfortunately the staff don't know much about my life before NAWT. Judging but my nervous and fearful behaviour it's clear I haven't had the most loving past a cat could wish for. Most of my days I hide away in my cosy carrier next to my heater, however, I have now started to venture out of my pen and into the enrichment pen which I am really enjoying! The staff have been spending a lot of time sitting with me and bringing me yummy treats to help gain my trust. Although its baby steps I have recently started to take food from their hands so I am really hoping there is an adult only family out there for me that have lots of patience to continue gaining my trust and allow me to adjust to my new surroundings in my own time. If you try to move quicker then what I am ready for then I will let you know.
