New arrival Lil, is a shy, timid girl. Eight years ago, a kitten of barely six months, Lil was abandoned by her family who moved away and simply left Lil behind. Lil was taken in by a family new to the neighbourhood who found her in their garden and made it her home. Sadly Lil has not been enjoying living with with other cats and this has made this shy kitty incredibly anxious. Lil must therefore make one final move to find her forever home.

We are still getting to know Lil, but underneath that shy shell we can see what a gentle girl Lil is. Lil has recently had a health check and a dental with our vet. She will need a repeat urine test and potentially a blood test at her second vaccination to check whether she has kidney disease. If Lil does have kidney disease this is perfectly manageable but is not something that would be covered for by insurance.

Lil is looking for a quiet, indoor home where there are no major changes on the horizon as the only pet. A dedicated, clutter free ‘bonding room’ is especially important for her to settle into initially, as is an experienced adopter who will give her the time and space she needs to adjust to her new home.

Lil is being fostered at our South London hub in Abbey Wood, SE2.
