Lollipop
LOLLIPOP

She is a lovely friendly (once she gets to know you) all black female and she is spayed, chipped and now fully vaccinated. She was apparently abused badly as a youngster so will take a little while to warm to anyone new but once she does, she is lovely. She will be 11 years old in April 2021 so she is no spring chicken. However do not let her age fool you as she is in very very good condition indeed.
She has previously been a cat with access to outdoors but while being here, she is so not interested in the outside world. At her age, I’m sure she is sensible enough to understand a warm house is better than being outdoors in all weathers.
She was signed over to us by her former owners as they were unable to provide the care and attention they felt she wanted at their rural location.
Like a lot of adult cats (especially adult females) she really does seem to prefer her own company to that of other cats. Therefore we shall be looking for a home where she is an only cat.
We will also be looking for someone who is prepared to either insure her or has sufficient funds should she take poorly. Older cats are much more likely to develop problems with heart, liver, kidneys etc and all these things can be very costly indeed. Being a charity we can provide special lifetime cover for older cats, something that is harder to find yourself but is often an essential thing to have.
Definitely no young children as she would prefer a quieter calmer type home.
So if you are interested in meeting Lollipop with a view to providing her with a home where she can live out the rest of her days, please send us an email or a private message and ask for an application form
