Cleo
Cleo is 11 years old and was discovered living in a pile of rubbish by one of our team in July.
She was brought in to our care and after a visit to the vets we discovered she was microchipped. After contacting the registered owner we learnt that Cleo had gone missing during the first lockdown of 2019 and sadly she couldn't return home, so was signed over to the rescue.
She has been in foster now with Kelly and family for a couple of months so we now have a much clearer picture of the type of home that would be suitable for this little lady.
Cleo can be easily spooked so we still feel that an indoor life, catio or cat proof garden will be desirable to ensure she doesn't get lost again.
She is friendly and really enjoys a good fuss, but does occasionally give you a little swipe when she's had enough.
She appreciates a relaxed atmosphere, so we'd recommend no young children.
Overtime she has proven to be friendly towards other gentle cats, and isn't phased by cat friendly dogs either, so alot more positives than we first thought.
