Jill
Are you looking for a loving companion? Someone to snuggle up with for cuddles on the sofa? Someone who’ll be pleased to see you when you walk in the room and give you a little chirrup to let you know? Someone who has a gentle playful nature?

Meet Jill – she could be just the cat for you!

Jill came into rescue with us after she had been booked into the vet for euthanasia following a couple of bouts of cystitis which had left her owner feeling unable to look after her anymore.

Despite being already full to bursting, we pulled out all the stops to save this girl who in her 8yrs of life has already endured many changes and sadness (including the death of her beloved owner and the loss of her sibling).  With this background it was unsurprising that she was feeling stressed.

*Special thanks to her foster carer for quite literally saving her life that day*

Since being in rescue with us her fantastic foster Mum (with vet advice) has worked hard to figure out how to relieve Jill’s stress and hopefully prevent/reduce the likelihood of future occurrences. After changing her diet and making some minor adaptations for her, she is doing really well, is in good health and is now looking for her forever home with a new permanent owner to love and snuggle with.

She loves to potter around a garden so we think she will be best suited to a quieter, adult only home with some nice safe outside space to enjoy.  She will need to remain on her special urinary stress prescription diet (and continue on the weight loss journey she has begun).

She is microchipped, neutered, fully vaccinated and up to date with flea and worm treatment.

Can you offer this beautiful loving girl a permanent home that she deserves?  Home visit and adoption fee apply.  Please direct message the page for further information and to arrange a home visit.
