Merrill is a friendly chap, he originally came over from Florida with his family but has since decided to go it alone (my guess is he didn't want to live with young children) and he's been living on my allotment for the last year or so now.

He got through last winter with a bit of help from his friends, but I don't think he wants to do it again, as he gets very cold and misses human company. He likes nothing better than a cuddle or to sit on a knee purring away.

Merrill is a lovely chatty character and would make a great companion the right person/family.
