Seven year old Lila has recently arrived at Catcuddles. She will be seeing our Vet soon for a full health check and following this, and as we get to know her will be updating her profile.

Lila will need a spacious indoor home with a balcony or terrace that is or will be fully catproofed (enclosed).

Anyone adopting an indoor cat from us needs to be committed to creating a stimulating and enriching indoor environment and ensuring it is safe, i.e. cat proofing any windows that will be opened, and fully cat proofing a balcony, terrace or garden if there is one. When catproofing a balcony this means ensuring it is fully enclosed, not permitting access is not usually sufficient. If their family are using the balcony, the cat should also be able to and whilst a cat will not jump if there is nowhere to go, accidents can and do happen so this is essential to do to ensure the safety of your adopted cat. The adoptions team can offer further advice on this.
