Phoebe came in with other cats.  Her owner suffered from mental health problems, when Phoebe came in she was petrified so no idea how she had been treated.   When she knew she was safe her personality came out.  She has turned out to be a very friendly cat and loves her food.  She would make a lovely companion and deserves a safe and happy home.
