Rehoming Cats & Kittens:
Tyne and Wear, Co. Durham & Northumberland
Millie
I’m Willow’s current 2nd longest staying guest. I’m about 3 and a half now and am in foster care with volunteer and super-patient foster mammy Aunty Christine.
My purrrrrr is low and loud like a Harley Davidson. I’m fairly independent; love having time outside. I don’t mind strokes and chin scritches only when I demand them. I Love to sleep on my foster Mammy Christine or beside her on her bed.
I can sometimes give a little bite if I feel I am not being listened to; so no children; just an understanding kind owner. I was a ball of angry mess when I got to Willows. As a kitten I lived with a baby and then my owners got a puppy. My owners didn’t know what to do with my bitey-side, I didn’t learn not to do it when I was young. It became my only way of communicating. I ended up being left to live outside. Here’s what my foster mammy has to say about me.
“ When she came to me she didn’t know how to communicate and would bite if she wanted feeding, bite if she wanted to play, bite if she wanted a cuddle. “
“ No-one had LISTENED to her “
“ Now she knows she gets regular food and she can meow or jump on me and she will get attention. She’s such a sweetie once she knows she can trust you, she just always has that underlying ‘I might bite’ but it’s been months since she last bit me. “
“ I’m so proud of how far she’s come. I believe once properly settled, with the right understanding owner, she will grow into a lovely cat as she’s come so far with me. “
To chat about adopting me please call Aunty Maria 07719605383. Afternoons are best.
Paws sincerely
