I’m searching for a most patient, understanding, selfless human or two.  Because of my background I’m damaged - extremely nervous and anxious - defending myself is the way I learnt to cope.

My foster mammy Michelle says “I love from afar”. I am so very nervous of a hand coming straight at me, but I love gentle strokes on my back when I eat my dinner.

In time I may learn to trust more and get better at accepting love, but for better and for worse I need someone who will still love me unconditionally.

I would love to sit outside in the nicer weather. But not for long; I don’t like to go far and like the safety and comfort that being able to pop back indoors myself brings. 

I’m an anxious little soul longing for peace and comfort in my twilight years. I need a mature understanding home where there will never be any children or other pets, nor lots of change.

It’s a big ask I know, so maybe you could foster me to offer a medium-term temporary home with a view to adopting me in time if we get on. That way you can get to know me with help and support from Willows.
