Rehoming Cats & Kittens: Kent (West), London (East) & London (West)
Coconut - RESERVED
Two year old calico Coconut travelled to the UK with her family to find her forever home.

Taking on a family of cats from abroad is not something we routinely do, but hearing the plight of these cats and seeing the determination of their benefactor in finding them a brighter future, an exception was made. The lady who had already done so much for this family generously arranged for their relocation, and upon arrival in London they transferred into our care as a stepping stone to finding their loving forever homes.

This young family are all playful and comfortable with each other and incredibly sweet with us.

Each kitty has their own wonderful personality and will make wonderful additions to their forever homes.

Coconut loves snuggling under the duvet with you and chasing toys around. If her favourite toys are out of reach, she’ll meow to let you know.

Coconut is the most independent, so could happily be rehomed as a solo cat or with one of her brothers.

However, above all it is important for prospective adopters to speak with our adoptions team to establish a possible match and to visit with an open mind, spending time to see what the best fit might be as is the case for anyone wishing to adopt from us.

For almost all of their life this family have primarily lived with one person; so are best suited to a mature, settled home. They are all young and curious so a home with safe back garden access would be best. Our preferred location would be a mid-terrace house backing onto other gardens so she would have a network of gardens to explore well away from roads. All cats adopted from us who have outdoor access are required to have a catflap (preferably microchip) fitted at the back of the property (before or within a month of adoption).

Like any cat who will have access to the outside they must always have access to a litter tray inside for their urinary health. Outside access is to be slowly introduced after a minimum of six weeks in their new home in daylight and suitable weather, and only when they are ready,

Coconut is being fostered at our South London hub in Abbey Wood, SE2.

Before submitting an adoption enquiry it is important to ensure that you have read our adoption info page: Adopting a cat from Catcuddles.
