O'Malley
Hello there! My name is O’Malley and I am a 1 year old boy that is looking for a new home. I came into the centre as a stray – I quite literally handed myself in! I have really enjoyed being looked after, but I do really want to find a home of my own now.

I am looking for a home where I am the only cat, as I have shown that I really do not like other cats! I could live with a dog that has experience of living with cats and is calm around me. I can also live with children, but they should be able to read my body language and leave me alone when I want to be on my own.

I really enjoy receiving fuss, but my favourite things to do are to play with fishing rod toys and to eat food. I currently have my food provided in an interactive feeder, to keep me occupied and to encourage me to use my brain!

I will need access to the outside when I have settled in and a cat flap would be ideal for this as I could come and go as I pleased. I can’t go outside for a few weeks when I first get home so I will need lots of enrichment to keep me busy.

I really hope that there is a family out there for me and that I’m sure I did the right thing by turning myself in.
