HARDY
Our lovely Hardy spent a couple of years living in a car park in Bedford town centre before finally being trapped by our team. When he first came into care Hardy was very scared and nervous. But after months of patience and trust, fussing and grooming Hardy has learnt to love people. Previously Hardy had never purred or showed affection but now he's getting there. And now he purrs! He purrs when he's in his bed, he purrs when he is on his shelf. And he has now started to pad. If in doubt, watch his video >>> http://bit.ly/Hardy01_CP2019

Hardy is estimated to be only 2 years old, but sadly due to being unneutered Hardy contracted FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus). Despite this he is very fit and healthy and could lead a long healthy life. However, he will need an indoor only home. Further information on FIV can be found on this link bit.ly/FIV_cats

When you first meet Hardy, he may be shy, but bear with him as he hasn’t had the best start in life. But when you gain his trust you will find that he is a very loving boy.

Hardy is looking for a home with children teenage or older, and with no dogs. He may be able to go to a home with another FIV+ cat, as long as his new owners are prepared to introduce them slowly.

Hardy has been neutered, microchipped and fully vaccinated..

Do you have a place in your heart for this former stray?
