Henry
Henry is approx. 5 years old and is a short-haired black & white male.

Poor little Henry has spent a long time as a stray and had lost his confidence with people. However, with additional time spent in our care Henry is coming out of himself and loves to have a fuss from his fosterer. Any home that takes him on will, with a little time, be rewarded with an affectionate little boy who will give you lots of love. He loves his treats, so they are a good bonding tool. Licky licks are his favourite!

Henry is just starting to learn the joy of a lap, but so long as he gets a good fuss, he will be happy.

Henry is looking for a home with children 10 years or older. He would also like a home with no other cats and no dogs.

Henry is neutered and microchipped. He has had his first vaccination. Should he be adopted before his 2nd vaccination he will need to return to Scotts Vets in Bedford, but Cats Protection will pay the cost of this.

Henry will need to have a safe, secure, quiet room to start off in. A room where he can have a separate area for food and water. For a litter tray placed as far away as possible from his food and water. For somewhere to hide, access to a high spot where he can view his surroundings, a suitable place to sleep or, ideally, a choice of them, a scratching post and a few cat toys and space for him to play. He will also need a Feliway diffuser in his room, as he will likely hide away for a few days when he goes to his new home.
