Lucy is yet another cat that has been surrendered because of a family break up.  Very sad for these cats when they don't realise why they have lost their home, then stuck in a pen feeling as if in jail and not being able to return home.  Lucy is what we call a Tuxedo cat, white bib and paws, very friendly would make a lovely companion .
