Tommy is a small cat for his age. His owners moved but did not take him with them. He likes other cats, but prefers to be indoors, possible because he was left out all the time.
He is a very loving boy that needs someone to love him back. He will need lots of TLC as he did not have a good start in life. He just wants company so would suit a person at home all day or retired that could give him lots of reassurance.
