Arielle is a young tabby girl who was rescued living as a stray. She is approx 1-2 years old.

Arielle is shy and independent. It is clear she was once someone’s pet as she is fine with people but she has probably had to fend for herself for a long time as a stray and as a result, she needs to learn to trust again.

We are looking for a home with an experienced cat owner who will persistently work with Arielle to teach her to trust and help her come out of her shell. She is making great progress with our volunteers but it would be best for her to find her forever home so she could bond with her adopter(s) in a home environment and get the attention and time she needs to relax and begin to enjoy affection from humans again. She is a playful, young cat, and we expect over time will really blossom.

Arielle could live in a home with another cat-friendly cat or cats. She came to Catcuddles with her tortie sister Bess, and they could potentially be adopted together. Bess is a lot more sociable with people.

We are looking for a home with outdoor access in a safe location, away from busy roads. An ideal location would be a network of back gardens for Arielle to explore. All outdoor cats adopted from us also need a catflap fitted at the back of the property within a month of adoption.
