The Cat is approximately six years old.

A former stray, this handsome long haired boy is who sadly with us after the health of his owner declined. It is understood The Cat was adopted approximately two years ago, after he was rescued and neutered by another charity. As his owner has become progressively unwell it has been tough for The Cat to adjust to so many changes.

In the past two years, The Cat’s weight has significantly increased and for his long term health it is important that he loses weight, and his adopter must be committed to helping him do this safely. He is otherwise in good health and we are looking forward to getting to know him, and before too long helping him to find his forever home.

The Cat is looking for a home with a quiet garden to explore, in a safe location away from busy roads. A network of back gardens to explore away from busy roads would be ideal. He will need to have a catflap fitted at the back of the property within a month of adoption as any cat going out will need a way to have easy access back into the home. We would recommend a microchip catflap to avoid any unwanted guests.

The Cat is best suited to an adult only home or one with older children who have some previous experience with cats, and treat them with kindness and respect their boundaries. He would prefer to be the only pet in his forever home.
