Biscuit & Treacle - RESERVED
8 month old brothers, Biscuit and Treacle are shy kittens looking for a patient home where they can become part of the family at their own pace.

An experienced home, with teenagers or only adults is required. They will need access to their own back garden via a cat flap.

Gentle boys Biscuit and Treacle were born outside. Once they get to know you they are friendly, but until they came to Catcuddles their interactions with humans had been reasonably limited so the remain timid. As a result, they need patient adopters willing to do what it takes to help them settle in.

It will time and hands-on contact to build a relationship with Biscuit and Treacle and help them grow in confidence around people. To begin with they will need dedicated, clutter free ‘bonding room’ without spaces that they can hide that are completely out of reach.

Biscuit and Treacle are looking for a home together with a quiet garden to explore, in a safe location away from busy roads. A network of back gardens to explore away from busy roads would be ideal. There will need to have a catflap fitted at the back of the property within a month of adoption as any cat going out will need a way to have easy access back into the home. We would recommend a suitable microchip catflap to avoid any unwanted guests. The adoptions team can advise further on this.

Kittens do require huge amounts of stimulation, guidance and attention throughout the day, and cannot be left alone for long periods. A pair of kittens will keep each other entertained and grow up much better socialised than solo kittens would and we will only consider suitable enquiries from adopters who would like to provide a home to both of them.

All kittens adopted from us have had at least their first vaccinations and are microchipped and health checked. Biscuit and Treacle have both been neutered.

Biscuit and Treacle are fostered at our South London Hub in Abbey Wood, SE2.

Our priority is to match felines with homes that suit their needs, character and long term requirements. Please be aware that when a particular cat receives an unusually high volume of enquiries, our dedicated adoptions volunteers may only be able to pursue the most promising. We appreciate your understanding.
