Madame - RESERVED
This beauty is Madame. At the age of 6 she has come to Catcuddles to find a forever home she does not need to share with another pet.

In recent years, Madame has not enjoyed being in the company of the other cat in her home to the extent that she was not spending much time at all at home. Madame is a confident, friendly girl whose pastimes include making biscuits, and convincing you she has never been fed, interspersed with bouts of play. Whilst she enjoys the company of her humans and will thrive in the right home, she is independent and happy enough to supervise what you are doing or having adventures outside whilst you are working.

Madame has flea allergy dermatitis, which has led to some fur loss. Over time, with the right management this should grow back, but Madame’s flea allergy means it is very important to give her effective spot on flea treatment every four weeks (vet prescribed Advocate is recommended). For now, other than a good diet of high protein food, she does not currently need any further medication but it does mean that any treatment for skin conditions would not be covered by insurance. This can be discussed further with the adoptions team.

Madame is looking for a home with a quiet garden to explore, in a safe location away from busy roads. A network of back gardens to explore away from busy roads would be ideal. She will need to have a microchip catflap fitted at the back of the property within a month of adoption as any cat going out will need a way to have easy access back into the home.

Madame is best suited to a settled adult only home, or one with older children who have some previous experience with cats, and treat them with kindness and respect their boundaries.
