Skye is a 2.5 year old cat, although in many ways she still acts like a kitten, as she is very playful and inquisitive. She is an excellent hunter and she will definitely require outdoor access to burn off some of her energy, once she has spent the 4 weeks settling in! She is very interactive and could happily leap about chasing her toys for upwards of an hour at a time, although it's felt this will dramatically reduce once she is allowed outdoors again. 


In spite of her hunting prowess, Skye is in fact very gentle. She loves chin tickles and getting petted and brushed. She is quite vocal, and will readily purr or chirp to show her approval! She has beautiful markings on her coat, which is incredibly soft and shiny. Although friendly and happy to get clapped by strangers, Skye can be a little reserved, and will likely take a few weeks before she deigns to sit on your lap! She is highly intelligent, and picks things up very easily - she has already figured out all of our puzzle feeders! She does not like dogs, however she may be suited to living with another cat, as she previously got on well with the neighbourhood cats. This sweet and exuberant cat will bring a lot of joy to any owner lucky enough to have her.
