Marlie
Marlie is 2 and a half years old. She is a super friendly girl and an all round great pet. She does not live up to the reputation of the Naughty Tortie at all.

She has been in care for some time which is such a shame. She was transferred to this Branch from a previous Branch and did get a home sharing it with a dog. Sadly, the dog did not accept Marlie and she came back into care. The adopter did stress is was not Marlie, but the dog who got jealous of her and they were worried for her safety.
So she is once more waiting for that perfect home.
We do feel it would be worth considering a home with a dog, if it were a quiet and calm dog used to cats.  She is super friendly towards the dog in her foster home. But because of her previous experience, I don't think we would want to take a chance if the owners were not sure how their dog was with cats.

We have been told that she has lived with children and a dog in her first home and was a pretty steady, affectionate and gentle cat. She loves people adn it seems her  foster dog, but we don't think she would get on with another cat. She enjoys lots of interaction and would be great in a family situation. Still young, still full of energy and very affectioante.

SHe has been used to quite a rural location in her past home and we do feel she will need plenty of space to explore outdoors, so a safe garden is a must, preferably large!

If you think you can offer Marlie her perfect home plese do get in touch and we can keep you on file for when we are able to adopt out again.
