Yakki
Yakki is sadly having to part from his life long companion and is in need of a quiet home. His owner, who adores him and says he's the best companion she could ever have had. She is sadly needing to move to a home where she can have more 24 our care and this means parting from her dear Yakki. The photos show him with her in their last few days together.
We have promised that we will seek a very similar situation for him. So we are looking for a quiet home, preferably a retirement one where he can have lots of attention from a doting owner or couple. He does like to go outdoors but is used to an almost village location. We hope to find him a home in a quiet residentail location on the edge of town or a village. Of course away from roads.
So a little bit about the boy himself....he doesn't like other cats or dogs so we are looking for a home where he can be the only pet. He is wonderful with people and even visiting grandchildren. He loves being petted, cuddled and brushed. He is very gentle, patient and tolerant when it comes to humans. A perfect companion cat.
Said to be at least 10 years old, perhaps a bit older. Sadly his owner is not able to remember how long she's had him.
Can you fill the gap for Yakki as he starts life without his companion of many years? We are sure it wont take him long to settle into a new home and make new friends (with people!)
