Pepe and Amy are senior cats who came to live with us when their owner became too ill to care for them. They came from a very quiet, single adult home and so will need to go to a calm and quiet, adult-only home. They are indoor cats so they will not require a garden. They are very shy and do not like to be picked up but they are good companions and enjoy being in the room with us when we work, read or watch tv. It has taken some time but now they jump up on the bed, ready to greet us when we wake up and follow us up to sleep in their beds when we retire at the end of the day. They do not need much attention and are happy to have cat naps and play with their toys. 

Amy is a beautiful, long haired tortoiseshell. She is a super, super, shy scaredy cat but she will join Pepe when he sits with us. She enjoys being stroked and when she feels like it, she might give the lucky person a cat massage. She likes to play and will run and jump to catch her toys.

Pepe is a strong and handsome tuxedo cat. He is very shy and timid but once he settles down, he is a lovely cat.  When he first arrived, he hid in the bedroom and we would find him under the table, shelves, duvet and even in the pillowcase! It took him a few weeks to adjust to his new surroundings and trust us but it was certainly worth the wait. He has turned into the most wonderful lap cat who will purr and allow us to stroke him for hours.
