Jake is a very sweet but shy boy. However, he has become very affectionate and he loves to play a lot! He loves to play with his human and loves to chat with you; he chirrups a lot and has a heck of a purr! He is very loving when he gets to know you.

Jake has come from a home of over 20 cats, neglected and uncared for, primarily kept outside to fend for themselves.

It’s taken a couple of months to get him to a stage where we can rehome him because he’s had an upset stomach. He has had several snap tests, blood tests and faecal tests all negative for anything and has been on treatment. He was on steroids and Hills Z/D diet which has really helped, has has now been weaned off onto Purina which suits him just fine.

So, after all this time Jake is ready to be adopted…HOORAH!!!

Due to his timid nature, we feel a calm and child free home is best.

He’s such a stunning looking chap we cannot imagine him staying with us for much longer!

UPDATE DEC 12TH: Rehoming has been put on hold as Jake has been put on antibiotics for a month as he has been diagnosed with Micro Plasma and Calicivirus.
