Earl is such a sweet boy now that he is starting to get over the trauma he’s been through. He was a stray collected by an Inspector and taken to the Animal Hospital in Manchester. He had a mass on his scrotum and was in much pain. Also upon examination, he had bruising to his hind legs and his scrotum was lacerated, his right testicle was also infected. He was operated on and provided much-needed pain relief. He has been neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.

For the first week or so in his lovely foster home he hid, he only came out for food. But over time he has started to gain confidence and become much more comfortable now he is pain-free and happy. He loves cooked chicken and Dreamies and these helped gain his trust!

Earl is doing very well, very friendly with everyone he meets now. We feel a pet free home is best as we do not have any history on him. He has had loose stools so a stool sample was sent off which came back clear. He is now on a Gastrointestinal food to see if that helps.

He is still a little shy when approached but has been enjoying fuss and cuddles on his fosterer’s lap!
