Thomas
Thomas has come into our care through the Home for Life scheme
https://www.rspca.org.uk/whatwedo/care/homeforlife So this means that very sadly Thomas' owner died.

Thomas was feeling very bewlidered and unhappy in the cattery, after some digging we have since found out that he lived his life mainly outdoors so that explains a lot, we would day he's semi feral, he has a few feline friends in the neightbourhood, but he is not comfortable around people so needs a home where he can have the space he needs, someone experienced, perhaps  farm, small holding or similar.
He is neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. He may need some help with grooming moving forward, he has a beautiful thick fluffy coat- he has been dematted at the vets! Such a handsome boy!

 UPDATE!
As of 28th July Thomas is in a foster home in Macclesfield. Here is some
news from his Foster Mum
" Over the course of the month Thomas has slowly settled in and has become more trusting around us. Thomas is a very handsome boy and gentle natured.
He enjoys his food especially his treats.  He has started to show a little interest with some of the cat toys available for him, as we do not know much about his background this may actually be normal for him.  He does enjoy using the scratching post. He is a rather timid boy and gets easily spooked at sudden movements and loud noises.  Thomas just needs to get to know you in his own time.  He likes to sleep in a variety of places including behind the sofa, under our beds and on the cat bed in the living room. He will socialise with us on his terms when he wants company, food or his daily grooming session.  Being long haired he needs daily grooming which luckily he does enjoy.  Thomas just needs a second chance at his forever home and would suit adult only owners who have the time and patience to allow him to settle in to their home in his own time and shower him with all the love and attention he deserves.  He truly is a gorgeous boy who deserves a second chance.  If you feel you can offer Thomas that chance please arrange to come and meet him, you will fall in love with him as soon as you see him".
