Bobbie
Beautiful Bobbie is just the most affectionate, friendly, loyal moggy and is full of light and love, it’s like she just craves being in a loving warm home, well fed and just accepted for once in her life.

Our Bobbie has had lived a hard life on the streets, she’d been hanging around Greater Manchester Police station Forensics Department (hence the play on the name Bobbie as in Bobby on the beat!) for at least two years giving birth to several litters. On the 30th January she gave birth to four kittens in the security lodge and the RSPCA was contacted for help. She had a poor body condition, her coat was filthy, she was dehydrated and had diarrhoea, she has teeth missing and severe dental disease.

She spent a few days at the animal hospital before being transferred to one of our foster homes. Her foster family have done a brilliant job, Bobbie is now in fine fettle! Despite how rough she must have been feeling she has been a wonderful mum.

Unfortunately due to the lockdown and veterinary practices only dealing with emergencies, we cannot get her spayed and the much needed dental (we did try, however it does not seem to be bothering her and it couldn’t be done while she was feeding her kittens.) Adoption can’t take place ’till restrictions are lifted BUT please do still contact us for our application form.

Bobbie has been health checked, tested negative for FIV and FeLV and is fully vaccinated.
