What a super looking boy our Jasper is! He’s had a very horrific life though. He came in with Louis but we had to separate them as Louis seriously bullied Jasper.

They came in via an RSPCA Inspector who said this was one of the worst cases he’s ever dealt with: 39 cats were crammed in cages and dog crates (one of which had 9 cats inside) in a house! They were living 24/7 like that in their own toilet, hence the yellow staining of the fur. None were neutered let alone vaccinated. Can you imagine the pain, physically and mentally, that these cats endured living in those conditions for their entire lives?

Jasper is growing in confidence slowly. Still quite wary of people. Friendly at food times and he has started to play as long as he thinks you’re not watching! Jasper is struggling with using the litter tray all of the time; we are helping him in this area so, hopefully, he’ll get there! He has been neutered, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV/FeLV and microchipped. He will need an adult only home with no other pets. He’s looking for a special person/s to let him settle and adjust in his own time. If any cat needs a chance to live in a lovely home Jasper certainly does!
