Dec is a young boy in need of a loving home.

Dec can be feisty at times. He's already had two homes for his young life and is in need of stability. He was feisty when he came in but is newly neutered and calming down. He does like attention and can be vocal about this. He is also affectionate. He doesn't like other cats which is probably the reason he is touchy at times. He should calm down a lot more in a home away from the other cats at the shelter. We feel he would be better in an adult only home. He has a lot of energy and needs a new owner who will play with him and keep him entertained.
