Hello.  My name is Twinkle.  I'm a 4 year old female purebred Persian (no papers).  My owner cared for and pampered me since I was a kitten, but then she got very sick.  She loved me so much, but knew that she couldn’t look after me any more so she did what she knew would be best for me and asked ACR to find me a new home.  I am very timid, but my foster mum was patient and after a few days I realized that I was safe so I came out of hiding and let her see the real me.  I am not a lap cat, but am affectionate in my own way.  I will come up to you and ask for a fuss.  I’ll let you stroke me and give me chin scritches before I wander off again to do my own thing.  I love to sit in the window  and watch the world go by (I make a tour of the windows in all of the rooms throughout the day to make sure I don’t miss anything!), and in the evening I like to play with my toys.  I love squeeky mice, catnip, and anything dangled from a stick.   I am neutered, fully vaccintated and microchipped, and now ready to move on to a home of my own.  I need to live within 20 miles of Aylesbury.  I am an indoors only cat.  I can live with a cat-friendly child, but I’m not keen on lots of noise so I need to live in a quiet household with no other pets.  As I am a Persian, I have a very thick, fluffy coat which will need to be groomed every day to keep me free from matts and minimize fur balls.  I also have a very delicate tummy so need to be fed on a special diet to keep me fit and healthy.  If you think you could give me my puur-fect home, please contact Aylesbury Cat Rescue either by messaging them on social media or email them at [email protected]
