Meet Jess,  AKA Jessie J (take a look at her unique face markings for a hint where her name comes from!). She is a 5 year-old, Calico-Tortie star who is looking for a new home.
Jess is currently fostered, and her foster mum says:  Jess has no concept of personal space! She loves to sit as close to your face as possible on the bed at night but, being Miss Independent as well, she won't settle on your lap for long in the evenings, although she'll keep you company on the seat next to you. She has the loudest, loveliest purr that kicks in as soon as she sees you, and she loves head strokes and being brushed... on her terms of course, and she'll let you know when she's had enough.
She absolutely loves her play tunnel and a good old cardboard box to curl up in (whether she fits in it or not!) and enjoys plenty of play time with hairy/feathery toys the most.  Laying on her back with her legs outstretched, Jess is a very unladylike cat who loves to relax in the funniest of positions and can often be found on her back with her legs outstretched!
With her very loud snores and the way she marches on the spot when she drinks her water, Jess is a wonderful, crazy addition to your home who will just complete your family. Jess would enjoy snuggling up with older children who give her a bit of space and is a nosey little so and so, as she HAS to be part of the family and know what you're all up to.
Given the unfortunate circumstances she was found in last year, Jess has developed a hidden talent for opening doors, so think again if you want to shut her in a room - she'll be out of there before you know it!
So, if you think you can give a slightly podgey, snorey, hugely loving, playful, beautiful lady with a very big heart (whose left front fang hangs out slightly when she's got her mouth closed, so she looks pretty goofy now and again) a loving and attentive home with no other pets then come and say hello.
She can live with children aged 12 or older.
