Orchid
Orchid is a Lilac British Short hair and came into our care in May as her owner did not want her anymore. She had only been with her new owner a couple of months and was previously bought from a breeder.
Orchid had to have 9 teeth removed and the vet found some lumps on her mammary strip.
we had a test done while she had her dental and the results came back all clear but we can`t be sure if this means she is cancer free or that the test just didn't pick up any cells. The only other option is to get the lumps removed for testing but if they are cancerous, the lumps could grow back again and Orchid took very badly to the anaesthetic so this would not be fair on her.
She has recently seen our vet and the lumps have not grown so we feel, as Orchid is not in pain, the best way forward for Orchid is if we find her a loving home where we will pay the vets bills on her existing condition when needed but no operations for Orchid.
She will need a home with no other pets.
Orchid is a very sweet girl who just wants to be loved.
Her Date of Birth is 3rd April 2012, she is spayed chipped and vaccinated.
