Nola & Muffin
Nola and Muffin are 2 cats who were living separately as strays and who have now become inseparable.
Muffin (white/tabby mix) is approximately 12 years old and has lived at least 10 years as a stray in someone’s garden. As such, he now loves nothing more than the warmth and comfort indoors. He is an adorable, gentle soul, who loves his food and to lay and snooze beside his foster carer on the sofa or bed. He is a little timid at first, but once settled, he enjoys a good fuss and makes a wonderful companion cat. He loves to play rough and tumble with Nola.
Nola (dark tortoiseshell) is approximately 2 years old and is a former feral cat. When she first came in to foster care, she was extremely timid and wary of people. However, she has come along in leaps and bounds and now will happily sit and lay on the bed in your presence and loves for you to stroke her and scratch her neck. She enjoys playing with Muffin and her toys, in particular a "Mouse for Cats" app game. Nola also enjoys her food. She is very attached to Muffin and so these 2 must be homed together. They will happily live with other cats.
They require a quiet adult home with someone who will give them the time and patience they will need, to come out of their shell.
Nola becomes unsettled if her environment changes and so during and after travelling and in a new home, she will cry loudly. Once settled in her new home, she is then as quiet as a mouse but you must be prepared for her to take a week or so to become accustomed.
Once settled, they will need access to a garden away from any busy roads.
