Charlie who also answers to Chazzie and now Chatty came into our care in October 2018 following a marraige breakdown and subsequent sale of the family home.
She went straight to one of our emergency fosterers as older cats do better in a home environment.

At the vet check she was found to have a urine infection which cleared with antibiotics and in January she underwent major dental work although she does still have some teeth left.  She recovered well  and enjoys her food.  She loves a radiator bed (she will bring one with her) and her water fountain (ditto) as well as food although best served in half sachets every time she sees you.  In the morning she likes to go into the garden and eat some grass and will also have an explore if you are in the garden.  She can use the cat flap but (like most cats) prefers you to open the door.

What she most likes is a lap - as soon as you sit down she is on your lap.  She needs grooming but prefers you only groom round her head !

With our very senior citizens we like to find a nice quiet home with an experienced person who will pick up in changes so our kittizens can be seen by a vet quickly.  We know that people are reluctant to take on our golden oldies because of the possibility of expensive vet bills.  With this feisty lady we cover those.
