Please be advised that YCR is still currently operating using COVID procedures, This means that the centre is not currently open to the public, and all our adoptions are being done remotely. All our cats are being cared for either in foster homes or at the centre by staff/volunteers. If you are successful in reserving a cat, one of the Cat Care Team will speak to you about the cat within two weeks of your reservation and undertake a remote adoption as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE - you must be ready to adopt a cat immediately when applying for a cat. Erm.. hi. I'm Timothia and I'm going to be asking you all a huge favour. I came to YCR as part of a huge family of kittens, we were all pretty poorly when we first arrived here as we all has gunky eyes and snotty noses, we also had something known as ringworm but we're all clear of this now don't worry! Unlike some of my siblings I didn't come round to you hoomans at all and still don't trust you lot in the slightest! For this reason I need an outdoor home where I can be based in a secure outbuilding or stable type shelter at first and then be let out to be your personal mouser and rat dispenser in exchange for food, water and shelter. How does that sound to you? I don't want human attention and won't ever seek it out because that is not my thing! I need my new life to be as independent and away from you folk as possible (of course you still have to feed me though), could you give me the freedom and far away love I so truly deserve? If you think you're the right home for me or have any questions please fill in a online application form by pressing the blue button on our website. You'll need my name and reference number which is 258/21.
