Male Mature (7-10 years)
Hi there hoomans, Barney here. I have found myself here at YCR after sadly my hooman passed away. I was a shy lad when I first came here and I hid away in my safe spot, not feeling brave enough to explore this new place. A couple of days later and I was a new boy! I was feeling brave enough for strokes and attention and I even had a good roll around showing off my belly and had a good ol' brush (which I love!!). Now I have my daily routine that consists of sitting watching the birds outside my pen and enjoying the fresh air and then seeing everybody I can get attention from, just how I like it! I have also seen the dentist while I have been in YCR's care so my mouth is not feeling quite as sore as it was before and I have been enjoying my grub - I have favourites which the hoomans will explain to you! I also have favourite places I like to drink - I prefer running water so the hoomans here have given me a lovely water fountain to use. As you can see, I look a little different from most of the kitties here, the peoples say I am a pedigree (I don't know what that means, I'm just a cat!), all it means is my adoption fee is slightly higher! I think that's all you need to know about me! In my new home, other furries should be okay as I have got along okay with them in my previous home. I have also made friends with little people over 12 in the past. So, do you think I could come home with you? I'm just waiting here for you to come and pick me up!
