CR DURING CORONAVIRUS During the current lockdown period, YCR has made the decision to close our centre for adoptions. All the cats will be cared for in either foster homes or by on-site staff/volunteers at the centre. If you would like to express an interest in a cat you see on the website, please email with your name, address, contact details and the reference number of the cat in question. We will speak to you about the cat and where possible will reserve the cat pending our reopening.

Hi there, I'm big scruffy Stripe! I've been living out and about on the streets you see, and some lovely folks were looking after me, and couldn't decide which name suits me better, scruffy or stripe! But I'm sticking with Stripe as I promise I won't be scruffy forever! I just need a bit of time in a loving home, and maybe a bit of a brush every now and then! Plus, I'll need a bit of time to gain my trust, as living outside has been a bit scary so I'm a little unsure at the moment. Don't worry, I will be friendly soon I promise!
