YCR DURING CORONAVIRUS During the current lockdown period, YCR has made the decision to close our centre for adoptions.  All the cats will be cared for in either foster homes or by on-site staff/volunteers at the centre.  If you would like to express an interest in a cat you see on the website, please email with your name, address, contact details and the reference number of the cat in question.  We will speak to you about the cat and where possible will reserve the cat and then undertake a remote adoption when the cat is ready.

Hi there hoomans, Flash here! I came here to YCR after my hooman was unable to keep me. I have had a bit of a tough time of it... I came in with little kittens and was all set to be a great mummy cat! Sadly two of my little kittens didn't make it :( One of my kittens thrived however and is now packed and ready to go off on his own little adventure! So now I think it is time for me to find a forever family, don't you? My foster mum says that I am very sweet and LURRVEEEE strokes and headbumps! I can be a little unsure of little hoomans so I think I would be better living with big hoomans please.. I have been on a long journey and think I deserve the best, don't you think so? x x
