LUCY STILL WAITING
LUCY (1-2). A beautiful girl seeking a very experienced cat lover who likes a challenge. Lucy needs a safe and loving quiet home were she can gradually develop her confidence and feel safe.
Lucy came to us heavily pregnant in August. She was a young girl who had been turned away and left to fend for herself. She had 6 exquisite kittens (4 gingers and 2 torties) who are all happily rehomed.
Lucy’s foster parents believed that this very frightened and shy girl would come round in time and become a domestic puss. Her foster parents slowly introduced her to home life and their other cats.
V v v gradually Lucy has felt confident enough to explore the house. Her foster parents feel that she has now reached a stage for their work to be continued in a forever home. Lucy has become trusting enough to be gently stroked. Her special person/s needs to have lots of patience, understanding and love to give. We also think that she would be happy in a home with other gentle cats.

There is sure to be an experienced and patient cat lover who values a challenge. There is no greater reward than winning the trust and love of a cat with a sad past and the potential to enjoy a great loving future. She is young and in good health and has made great progress with her foster mum and dad. She is getting on with their friendly cats and enjoying the comforts of domestic life. We feel that she has reached a stage where she should have the opportunity to progress further in the home that will be hers forever and with the special person/people who she can trust and give and receive lots of love. Her foster mum, Marcia, will provide lots of information and guidance and be very careful to choose the right home.
