Hello, my name is Meow. I am very beautiful and have a mostly grey coat.  I am about 4 or 5 years old (I forget exactly when I was born ).  I am cute, affectionate and am packed with charm. Unfortunately I have a little problem - a food allergy which makes my skin break out in sores. My previous owner felt the solution was to put me to sleep. Thankfully the vet refused and I came to stay with my lovely very kind foster mum Ann.  She liaised with the vet to find a happier solution. Answer, simple - my condition can be managed with a change of diet to a Hypoallergenic one and 2 steroid pills a week. This makes me very happy as I am far more comfortable and not fussing with my hair all the time.  

 

I would like a quiet home as I am a bit of a funny girl - a one-off they tell me. I like to talk to you (hence my name) and will enjoy your lap and lots of cuddles. I would like to venture out into a safe garden please.

 

I am not an aggressive cat but for fun I do like to chase my foster mum’s cat and I am not sure if she enjoys it (although last night she put her paw down and I now know my place in the hierarchy).  

 

Ok, with my special needs I may be a (slightly) more costly feline companion but I will repay you with lots of love and we will have lots of fun together.
